DBUpgrade function

Function 

Upgrades a database file. This function is used by the dbupgrade command-line utility.

Prototype 

short DBUpgrade ( const an_upgrade_db  * upgrade-db );

Parameters 

Return value 

A return code, as listed in Software component return codes.
